When doing a parcel search by owner name. You may put any part of the name in the search field. Wildcard characters are not necessary. See below for examples
1. To find 'Carol Miller', use combinations such as: ('Miller Carol', 'Miller', 'Carol', 'Mill', 'Caro') 2. To find 'New York State Dept Of Transportation', use combinations such as: ('New York State', 'Dept', 'Dept of Transportation', 'New York')
Note 1: Typing 'Carol Miller' will not find Carol Miller because her name is stored in a single field as 'Miller Carol' Note 2: The search is not case sensitive so you may use upper or lower case throughout the search text. Note 3: For best results search by the owner's last name.

The syntax should be as follows: Section Period Subsection Dash Block Dash Lot (optional: Period Sublot)
(Example: 21.00-1-8) Note that the subsection includes a zero.
Enter the desired House number and Street Name.
Example: To find "7825 Main Street", enter "7825" in the House Number field and "Main" in the Street Name field.
To return the maximum number of records, simply enter in the Street Name and leave the House Number field blank.
